Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview
Bhagwan Seva is primarily a digital service platform — most poojas are delivered virtually or performed by a pandit at your location. However, certain bookings include physical items such as prasad, dravya kits, or sacred materials. This policy covers how those physical items are shipped.
Service Delivery Modes
Our poojas are delivered through one of the following modes:
Virtual — Pandit Only
The pandit performs the pooja at their location. You receive a notification when the ritual is complete. No physical shipping involved.
Virtual — Live Stream
The pandit performs the pooja live and you join via video link. No physical shipping involved.
Virtual — Interactive
Two-way video session where you participate actively in the ritual with the pandit's guidance. No physical shipping involved.
Physical — Pandit Visits You
The pandit travels to your location and performs the pooja in person. Available in select Indian cities. No shipping — the service is delivered at your address.
Physical — Temple
The pooja is performed at a specific temple. You may attend in person or join virtually. No shipping involved.
Prasad Shipping
Some bookings include prasad delivery as an add-on. When prasad shipping is included:
- • Within India: Prasad is shipped within 3-5 business days after the pooja is completed via India Post or a courier partner
- • International: Prasad is shipped within 7-14 business days via international post. Customs duties, if any, are the recipient's responsibility
- • A tracking number is provided via email and SMS once shipped
- • Perishable items (fresh prasad, flowers) are only available for delivery within the same city
Dravya Kits
For interactive virtual poojas, you may need specific dravya (ritual materials) to participate. You can either arrange these yourself using our prep checklist, or order a pre-assembled dravya kit as an engagement add-on.

Dravya kits must be ordered at least 7 days before the scheduled pooja for domestic delivery and 21 days for international delivery.
Important: Order Early
If your booking includes physical items (prasad delivery or dravya kit), please ensure there is sufficient time for delivery before the pooja date. We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance for domestic and 25 days for international orders that include physical items.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your prasad or dravya kit arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please submit a support ticket within 7 days. We will reship at no additional cost or provide a credit to your account.
Purely Virtual Bookings
Most bookings on Bhagwan Seva are purely virtual and do not involve any physical shipment. For these bookings, this shipping policy does not apply. The ritual is delivered digitally — either as a live session or as a completed service with notification.
