We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of our services:
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number, username, and password. Phone number is verified via OTP for security.
Profile & Spiritual Information
Gotra, nakshatra, date of birth, family member details, and address. This information is used solely for sankalp (ritual declarations) and booking purposes.
Booking Information
Pooja selections, scheduling preferences, sankalp data, delivery mode, and special instructions.
Payment Information
Payment method details are processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain transaction records for tax compliance (8 years as per Indian law).
Usage Data
Device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- • With pandits: Your name, sankalp data, and contact details are shared with assigned pandits to perform your booked rituals.
- • Payment processors: Razorpay and/or Stripe process your payments under their respective privacy policies.
- • Communication providers: Email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers to send booking notifications.
- • Legal requirements: When required by Indian law, including tax authorities and courts.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your spiritual profile data (gotra, nakshatra) with anyone other than your assigned pandit.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Booking and payment records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting us. Pandit profile snapshots captured at booking time are retained with the booking record.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and restricted access controls. Payment information is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Razorpay, Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data through your account settings or by contacting us. Under applicable data protection laws, you may also request data portability or object to certain processing. Indian residents have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
